In terms of cost, if a glue needs to be overpriced, consider replacing the glue. If the price of the automatic glue machine is too high, consider moving products instead of the glue head.

3, work efficiency and environmental impact

Products less, do not pursue efficiency, use manual glue machine; Outdoor work, rubber gun. Require accurate control of the amount of glue, use of machines, require automated glue, use machines with automated functions(more expensive and efficient).

7, AB glue glue machine in use pressure

The size of the pressure determines the amount of glue supplied and the speed at which the glue flows out. The worse the fluidity of the glue, the thicker it is. The greater the pressure it requires, the pressure should be selected according to the nature of the glue, the working environment temperature, and the size of the glue. The high ambient temperature will make the glue viscosity smaller and fluidity better. At this time, the pressure value needs to be lowered. Instead, increase the pressure(regulated by a pressure regulator).

8, needle size and type

The size of the needle will affect the size and accuracy of the gum. When the pressure is fixed, the larger the needle's nozzle, the larger the gum. The gum needle should be selected according to the product size. The general size of the needle should be the diameter of the glue point. About 1/2 of the diameter, It works best.
